BYLAWS of the Youth Law Leadership Institute ARTICLE I NAME AND PURPOSES Section 1.01. Name. The name of the organization is YOUTH LAW LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE, INC. Section 1.02. Purpose. The Corporation is organized for the charitable and educational purposes of providing a relevant curriculum of basic human rights, legal concepts, advocacy and leadership skills to high school aged youth. ARTICLE II MEMBERS Section 2.01. Qualifications. Membership may be granted to any individual that supports the mission and purposes of the organization, as well as has relevant education, skills or experiences that may assist in advancing the organization. Board members may also be subject to annual dues or other contributions as established and recorded by the Board of Directors. Members have the right to be informed to vote in organizational elections as well as debate at organizational meetings. Section 2.02. Termination of Membership. The Board of Directors, by affirmative vote of two-thirds of all of the members of the Board, may suspend or expel a member, and may, by a majority vote or those present at any regularly constituted meeting, terminate the membership of any member who becomes ineligible for membership, or suspend or expel any member who shall be in default in the payment of dues. Section 2.03. Resignation.
